The Chillicothe Beauty Academy was originally opened in 1962 under the ownership of Mrs. LooLah (Lou) Cox. On April 2, 1962, the doors of the cosmetology school opened, and the rest is history. The Chillicothe Beauty Academy was one of Missouri’s finest Beauty School until it closed in October 2016. Mrs. MeLinda Kimmis purchased the Chillicothe Beauty Academy in May of 2017 and are now enrolling students for the 2018. The Chillicothe Beauty Academy has been remodeled and will continue to be one of the best Beauty Schools in the State of Missouri.
