State of Hawaii, Nail Care Certification Requirements
You must be at least 16 years old with a high school education or GED.
To become an instructor, you must have your cosmetology license plus 600 training hours.
Your license must be renewed by March 31 of odd-numbered years. There is a $100 fee.
To practice in Hawaii if you're coming from another state, you must have completed similar or equivalent educational requirements. You may be required to take the written and practical exam.
There are no CEUs required.
